Chan Meditation Class
No matter what your job is, work can be anxiety-provoking. Mindfulness meditation can help. Come join us for our Saturday morning meditation class which unifies both body and mind. The core of this practice is centred on traditional seated meditation through which we will practice mental clarity and concentration.
Each session will also include Chan exercises. These exercises will help prepare and focus our minds and bodies for seated meditation. You will also experience walking meditation in the forest, tea meditation and much more!
