我們相信土地好，人會更好。聯合國統計，全球大約19億公頃的土地處於棄置狀態（大約兩個中國面積），這些土地如果可再利用，恢復成森林樣貌，花蟲鳥獸得以安居，而人類也自然受益。
關於氣候危機，全人類說得太多，做得卻可以更多。地球生病了，絕非少數人的事，越多人參與改善，人類未來才有機會活下去。面對災難，我們更願意相信，只要有簡單且有效的方式，讓所有人方便的共同參與，力量就會產生，改變就能發生！例如T-Earth計畫，鼓勵全人類成為地球隊長Captain Earth：個人與企業，都可以透過喝一杯茶、種一棵樹、認養一片土地，在全球共同進行林地復育forest restoration，這股聚合力量正在發生，值得期待！
這場國際論壇，我們期待聆聽更多簡單且有效的方式，氣候危機，無人能置身事外，有生之年，讓我們一起成為子孫的英雄吧！

A number of countries have made commitments to move to a net-zero emissions economy. This is in response to climate science showing that in order to halt climate change, carbon emissions have to stop – reducing them is not sufficient. ‘Net zero’ means that any emissions are balanced by absorbing an equivalent amount from the atmosphere.
In order to meet the 1.5°C global warming target in the Paris Agreement, global carbon emissions should reach net-zero around mid-century. The date may need to be earlier. Various actions around the world are in motion. It is crucial to get more people involved. After all, the climate crisis is everybody’s business.
Be Captain Earth is a forum sharing some of the creative actions to go net zero.
