To celebrate the year of the Dragon, Fo Guang Shan Temple of Ottawa will be holding activities and Dharma services for the Chinese Lunar New Year.

春節平安燈 | Spring Festival Lantern of Peace Offering
「平安燈」寓意平安吉祥，含有照破黑暗、給予光明的意義，藉佛光普照，使人間充滿溫馨、幸福、光明與和諧。在新的年度到佛光山參與平安燈法會、走春，能為闔家帶來平安幸福的光明能量。佛光山從大年初一即燃點「平安燈」，並以長達1個月的時間，舉行上燈法會，為國家祈安定，為世界祈和平。 報名參加 Register

燃燈供佛 「光明燈」
祈望透過燃燈供佛的意義，能點燃您心中的「自性燈」。燈是智慧、光明的表徵；燃燈供佛始以佛說燈是光明與智慧的表徵，是佛門中重要的供養具之一。在佛前燃燈，是用以標幟佛的智慧波羅蜜。報名參加 Register
全年 消災祿位 | Full Year’s Blessing Plaques
立個人消災祿位是將希望得到消災的人的名字寫在佛前，祈求藉由法會共修誦經持咒願之力及諸佛菩薩的加持，能令希望得到消災的人 增福延壽， 除災障， 離病苦，廣結善緣，得現實生活的平安與如意。報名參加 Register
