瑜伽能調節全身系統、改善血液循環、提高免疫力、集中注意力、減壓養心、釋放身心, 達到修心養性的目的。本期瑜珈班將分成「普通話」及「廣東話」兩班,歡迎各位邀請您的親朋好友一起加入我們的VIP健康瑜珈班哦! Join our 2021 online Yoga class for a relaxing and flexible dharma experience. This weekly online Yoga class is offered in both Mandarin (Fridays) and Cantonese (Mondays).

  • 一條保暖的毯子 | a light blanket
  • 水 | water for drinking
